A Quarterly Newsletter for Writers & Book Lovers
As a literary agent, I love collaborating with authors and reading fantastic books, sometimes years before they make their way into the world. This newsletter is a way for me to demystify the publishing process, offer craft chats, and share words of encouragement to those who need it. I’ll be approaching this newsletter much like a greenhouse, and in that way, the goal is to let a little light in, nurture ideas, and encourage growth.

2. Highlights from Q&A Fridays
Every Friday on my Instagram Stories (@franniedove), I open up for Q&A, and I will keep doing these until I can’t anymore. I leave an open question box and answer anything related to books, publishing, and querying. Publishing can be confusing, and it will always be my aim to demystify the process. In this newsletter, I’ll be highlighting a question or two.
3. Book Recommendations
I LOVE books! It’s the reason I agent and write. When I love a book, I will shout it from the rooftops. You can expect many book recommendations.
4. What’s Cooking?
This is not related to books, but cooking is a passion of mine. I have trouble cooking the same recipe twice, and I’m always searching for the perfect weeknight meal. I’ll be sharing what I loved making each quarter, because food is story. Don’t be surprised if Great British Bake Off commentary makes its way here…
